Tough question! Saitama is designed to be a parody character who can defeat any opponent with a single punch. Goku, on the other hand, constantly pushes his limits and has faced gods and universal threats. It honestly depends on the context, but I'll lean towards Goku because he's trained to face insane threats!
I've seen both anime, and while Saitama's battles are usually short and sweet, Goku's got the moves, the transformations, and the sheer will to match nearly any opponent. It's a close call!
