Edward Elric, hands down. He might not have the raw power of some characters, but his intelligence, ingenuity, and sheer willpower put him at the top.
Honestly, it's Olivier Armstrong. She commands an entire army, doesn't rely on alchemy, and still terrifies everyone. Now that's strength!
King Bradley, aka Wrath. His speed, swordsmanship, and the Ultimate Eye make him a force to be reckoned with. Plus, he's got that chilling smile.
Alchemy is overrated. Ling Yao/Greed showed that even without alchemy, sheer tenacity and combat skills can make you a contender.
