Happened to me last week! Turned out I needed to reset my password because of suspicious activity. Check your email for any alerts.
Sometimes Facebook logs you out as a security measure. If someone tries to access your account from a new location or device, this can happen.
Mostly it's just a random glitch. Clear your cookies/cache and see if it helps.
