Why am I not gaining CXP in The Division 2?

Make sure you're in a level 40 area. CXP only accrues at level 40, so if you're not there yet, keep grinding!
You might have hit the Season Level cap. Check if you've maxed out, 'cause you can't gain CXP beyond that point.
Check your gear and mods. If you're under-leveled, you might not be efficient in gaining CXP.
Simple: you need to be in endgame content. If not, no CXP for you.
