Make sure the person donating actually completes the transaction. Check your pending robux in the 'Summary' tab.
You probably aren't getting donations because your stand doesn't catch people's eye. Try adding colorful text or interesting items for sale to draw attention.
Check if your gamepass or t-shirt is actually up for sale and not still in your inventory. Also, give it some time; donations don't always come instantly.
