Apex Legends Mobile is shutting down because it didn't meet the high expectations set by the development team and the community. Think of it as them not wanting to settle for a product that doesn't live up to the Apex standard. They want to ensure whatever they put out there truly resonates with the players and maintains the quality the franchise is known for.

Simply put, it wasn't what the devs and players hoped it would be. They're pulling the plug to focus on what works.

Heard from a friend who's big into gaming that Apex Legends Mobile just didn't hit the numbers or the vibe they were aiming for. So, it's a no-go from there. Shame, really.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
