It's all about the scalpers and bots, my dude. They buy up all the stock the second it drops and then sell it for crazy prices online. It's been a huge problem that makes it tough for us regular fans to buy the cards at a fair price.

Oh man, the Pokemon TCG craze is unreal! Basically, everyone and their mom wants to get their hands on Pokemon cards because they're super cool and have become really popular again, thanks to nostalgia and a bunch of celebs showing off their collections. Plus, the game is just as fun to play now as it was back in the day, with tons of new cards and strategies to explore. Retailers just can't keep up with the demand, so that's why you're seeing empty shelves.

Supply chain issues. Pokemon cards are super popular worldwide, and the pandemic threw a wrench into how smoothly things get produced and delivered. It's getting better, but we're still feeling the ripple effects.

Not all cards are out of stock, you just gotta know where to look. Local game shops and some lesser-known online retailers sometimes have hidden gems. Keep those eyes peeled!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
