It could be that your post got flagged by Facebook's content review system. Check if you got any notifications about it.
Are you sure your internet connection is stable? Weak connections can cause posts to fail to upload properly.
Once I changed my privacy settings for one post and forgot to switch them back for future posts. Check each post's settings!
Sometimes, it's just a Facebook bug. Try logging out and logging back in or reinstalling the app. Worked for me once!
