Epic Games might have removed skins for violation of terms, but that’s super rare. Contact support if you think it’s a mistake.
Make sure you’re logged into the correct Epic Games account. You might be on a different account without realizing.
My skins disappeared once, and it was just a server sync issue. They came back after a day.
Check if your account got hacked. Change your password ASAP and enable two-factor authentication!
