Sometimes, the issue is with the Giphy integration itself. Restarting the app or your phone usually does the trick.
Sorry to break it to ya, but Instagram doesn't natively support GIFs. Convert that bad boy to a video first!
I had this issue too! Just use a converter to turn your GIF into an MP4 and it should work fine.
