I had the same issue with my kid's Lightning McQueen Crocs. One of the lights stopped, and it turned out the little battery had died. Unfortunately, it's not replaceable, so we had to buy a new pair.
Sometimes, the contacts inside the Crocs can get dirty or wet, causing the lights to malfunction. Try carefully cleaning them with a dry cloth. If that doesn't work, it might be time for a new pair!
