Sometimes servers go down due to unexpected technical issues. It usually gets fixed pretty quickly, so hang tight and maybe try a different game mode in the meantime.

Server issues can be because of scheduled maintenance. Epic Games often updates Fortnite, so check their official status page or social media for announcements.

Blame it on Murphy's Law. If something can go wrong, it will. Especially when you're about to get that Victory Royale.

Sometimes the servers go down because of unexpected issues or high player traffic. It's happened to me a bunch of times.

Probably just a quick maintenance or a hiccup. Grab a snack and try again in a bit!

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
