Sometimes it's because of licensing issues. The artist or record label might not have made an agreement with Spotify yet!

From personal experience, when I contacted Spotify support, they mentioned it鈥檚 often due to rights being held by other distributors.

It can be due to regional restrictions. A song available in one country might not be available in another due to different licensing agreements.
