Sometimes it's because of licensing issues. The artist or record label might not have made an agreement with Spotify yet!
Honestly, sometimes it鈥檚 just about the artists wanting more control over their music's distribution. Can鈥檛 blame 'em for that!
From personal experience, when I contacted Spotify support, they mentioned it鈥檚 often due to rights being held by other distributors.
It can be due to regional restrictions. A song available in one country might not be available in another due to different licensing agreements.
