V-Bucks can sometimes take a little while to appear. If it's been more than 24 hours, you might want to contact Epic Games support.
It might be a syncing issue. Try restarting your game or even your console to refresh the connection.
Double-check the purchase history on your Xbox account. Sometimes the transaction might not have gone through, and you didn't actually get the V-Bucks.
Hey, happened to me too! Just log into your Epic Games account on a PC or mobile device to see if the V-Bucks are there. If they are, it might just be an issue syncing with your Xbox.
