DirecTV likely dropped Boruto because of licensing agreements or low viewership numbers. You can still catch all the episodes on Crunchyroll or Hulu!

I was bummed too when it happened! I think it was a mix of low ratings and high licensing fees. Now I watch it on Crunchyroll.
