You can refund your PlayStation Plus subscription if you request it within 14 days of the purchase. Just head to Sony's support site and fill out a refund request form.

As long as it's within 14 days of purchasing or renewing your PS Plus subscription and you haven't used it much, you can get a refund through Sony's support.
