Why Can't I Teleport in Rise of Kingdoms?
You probably can't teleport because either you're in combat, in a restricted area, or you don't have the right teleport item. Check for these issues first!

My first guess would be that you're in a warzone or you don't have an Advanced Teleport item. Those are the common culprits.
Make sure your city isn't in combat or surrounded by enemy troops. You also need the correct teleport item like a Territorial Teleport or Random Teleport!
Maybe your city isn't fully healed, or you're trying to teleport to a forbidden location. Double-check!
