As someone who's watched the series multiple times, I can tell you that Annie's crystal is just on another level of toughness. Eren's Titan strength isn't enough to crack it open!
The crystal Annie encased herself in is practically indestructible. Not even Eren's Titan form has the power to shatter it.
Eren can't destroy Annie's capsule because plot armor.
