Are you trying from the inside? You gotta build the tube from the outside of the room. Happy swimming!

I had this issue too! Try rotating the tube a bit and see if it snaps into place. Sometimes it’s just a weird angle.

Might be a placement issue. Make sure there’s nothing obstructing the space where you’re trying to attach the tube.
