You might be in the Zero Build mode, where building is disabled. Try switching to a regular mode like Battle Royale.

Check if you鈥檙e in a no-build mode. Fortnite has these game modes where building is turned off by default!

Check your keybindings/settings. Sometimes they get messed up or reset, preventing you from building.
