Visa gift cards have limits. You can't always use them online or for international purchases, and Roblox might fall into one of those categories.
Visa gift cards can be finicky. Make sure the card is registered and has a sufficient balance to cover the transaction, including any potential fees.
I had the same issue! Register the card online first, and try smaller amounts to see if it goes through. It worked for me!
Just use a different payment method, easier than dealing with gift cards!
