I tried it myself, and you can't use load to buy Robux. They only let you use specific payment methods right now.

Robux purchases require real money transactions through recognized payment methods like credit/debit cards, PayPal, or official gift cards. Load payments aren't supported.

You can't buy Robux with load because Roblox currently only supports traditional payment methods like credit cards, PayPal, and gift cards. Hopefully, they'll add more options soon!
