The Avenger is exclusive to GTA Online, part of the Doomsday Heist update. So, if you're looking in GTA 5's story mode, you're out of luck, my friend. Gotta switch to the online world to snag that beauty.

U can't buy it in story mode cuz it's only in GTA Online. Gotta play online to get it.

You need enough cash in GTA Online and a Facility to store it. If you don’t have these, no Avenger for you. Work on getting that moolah and buying a Facility first!

The Avenger is not for sale in GTA 5 'cause it's an online only deal. Plus, you need a Facility. Not just about having the cash, but about playing the game right.
