You might have hit Instagram's daily limit on comments. Try waiting 24 hours and see if you can comment then.
Check your app settings鈥攕ometimes it鈥檚 the settings or an old app version. Update it, and it should fix the problem!
Make sure you're not blocked by the account you're trying to comment on. That's happened to me before and it's not fun!
Ask yourself: Have you been a little too spammy with emojis or hashtags? Insta doesn't love that!
