Why Can't I Create a Poll on Facebook?
If you're using the Facebook app, unfortunately, it doesn't support creating polls in personal timelines or news feeds anymore. Try doing it in a group or on an event page – those still support polls!

You might be in a place on Facebook where creating a poll isn't allowed, like a personal profile or certain pages. Groups and events are your best bet.
Not all Facebook features are available on mobile, so try switching to the desktop version.
I've had this issue too! You'll need to use the desktop version of Facebook. Some features are just easier to access on a computer.
