If your account has been recently reactivated, Instagram might not let you deactivate it again right away. Give it a few days and try again.
You might not be able to deactivate your Instagram because you're trying to do it through the app! You need to log in on a desktop browser or mobile browser to deactivate your account. Give it a shot!
Check if you have any ongoing ads active. You can't deactivate with active ads running.
Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Sometimes it's just a tech glitch!
