Why Can't I Enable Photo Access on Instagram?
First, make sure you've given the app permission in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy > Photos and toggle on Instagram. For Android, Settings > Apps > Instagram > Permissions should help you out. If everything's set correctly, try restarting your device!
