You need a workshop in your base or at least a toolkit in your inventory to fix your car. Happy repairing!
Sometimes you gotta switch to a different survivor with better skills or more Influence to get repairs done.
First, make sure you have a repair kit in your inventory. Without it, your car is staying busted.
