Honestly, jobs are like ghosts sometimes. One moment they're there, the next...poof! Try tweaking your education or skills.
It can be b/c ur character had a record or bad grades. Try improving stats and apply again!
I had the same issue. Turned out I was applying for jobs too late in the year. Try applying in January or February!
