This happened to me once! Make sure your drivers and the game itself are updated. Sometimes, a simple restart also works wonders.
Maybe your headphones or speakers are failing? Try testing them with other games or music to see if they work.
Could be an audio bug. Try switching sound output devices in the settings, or doing a quick restart of Fortnite.
