You need to be a Bitizen to create a custom life in BitLife. Buy the premium Bitizen membership to unlock this feature.
To make a custom life, you gotta be a Bitizen, which is the premium version of the game. It's worth it though!
Custom lives are for Bitizens only, so you'll need to purchase the Bitizenship to access that feature.
Just become a Bitizen! Cost a bit, but then you can make all the custom lives you want.
