Hey, happened to me too! I had some success by closing other apps running in the background; freed up some resources for the game.
Have you tried switching devices? Sometimes the platform you鈥檙e using can be buggy. Grab the nearest tablet or laptop and give it a whirl!
It might just be a glitch! Try resetting your character or rejoining the game. Works like a charm most of the time!
Make sure your keyboard and mouse are plugged in correctly. Could just be something simple like that.
