Check if your subscription status is active. On consoles, you need an active PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold membership to play online.
If you’re on PC, make sure you’re running The Division 2 with admin privileges. Right-click the game icon and select ‘Run as administrator’.
Double-check your internet connection! A weak or disconnected internet can be a sneaky culprit. If that’s all good, make sure your game is updated to the latest version.
Could be server maintenance or issues. Sometimes Ubisoft likes to do some behind-the-scenes magic, so check their Twitter or forums for updates.
