Your settings might be set to hide player names. Go into the options menu and look for anything related to player names or HUD settings!

Check if you accidentally toggled off the player names in your game settings. Also, sometimes, custom HUD setups can cause this issue.

Are you playing in a realistic battle mode? Sometimes in those modes, the game settings hide player names to make it more immersive.
