Why Can't I Sell Frontier in Starfield?

In Starfield, the Frontier ship is your starting vessel and can't be sold because the game requires you to always have at least one ship. It's kind of like losing your car keys; without it, you're going nowhere!

Tried selling my Frontier too! Turned out it's glued to me like a loyal pet. Just upgrade it instead!
