Why Can't I Send a Friend Request on Facebook?
A few things could be trippin' you up. Maybe they have their friend requests limited to 'Friends of Friends' only or they've already hit that 5,000 friend cap. You might wanna check if you've been blocked too!

The person might have their privacy settings cranked up to max. Some people just like to keep it exclusive!
