You can't sleep if there are enemies nearby. Check for any lurking cannibals before trying to snooze!

Make sure you have a shelter built. You can only sleep in designated shelters or beds you construct.

Sometimes it鈥檚 a bug. Try saving and reloading your game to see if that fixes it.

Maybe you鈥檙e trying to sleep during the day? Sons of the Forest only lets you sleep at night, just like in the real world!

Hey there! You might not be able to sleep because there are enemies nearby or your character isn't tired enough yet. Just make sure you're in a safe spot, and if all else fails, do some more running around to tire out your character!
