Swapping tiles is only available when you're not making your first move. Also, confirm you've got enough Coins for the swap.

Been there! You just need to make sure you're not on your first turn and that you have enough Coins to make the swap. Happy word-building!

You can't swap tiles if it's the first move of the game or if you don't have enough Coins. Make sure you have the right resources!

Check your Coins! You need enough to swap tiles, and it won鈥檛 work on the first turn anyway.

Hot take: Maybe you just need to stop swapping tiles and play with what you've got. Makes it more fun!

If you're a Words with Friends player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Words with Friends essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
