Can't teleport? Check if you're in a combat zone or near other allied structures. You gotta move away first!
Sometimes it's a glitch! Restarting the game can fix some teleporting issues. Simple but effective.
Just a thought, but you can't teleport during certain restrictions like during an event or when your alliance is under attack.
You might be in territory controlled by another alliance. Move to your own territory and try again.
