Why can't I uninstall Valorant?
SwellingDump·8 months agoUninstalling Valorant can be a bit tricky due to its anti-cheat system, Vanguard. First, ensure that Vanguard is fully shut down. You might have to exit it from the system tray. Then, go to the Control Panel, find Valorant under Programs, and click Uninstall. If it still won’t budge, try using the uninstaller that came with the game or a third-party uninstaller software.

just uninstall from the control panel lol, it's not that hard.
Just hammer the delete button, LOL. But seriously, if it’s being stubborn, it might be your anti-virus blocking the uninstall or something. Check that out.
Riot Games has made sure their anti-cheat system, Vanguard, is super sticky for security reasons. So, if you're struggling to uninstall Valorant, it's likely Vanguard being a bit overprotective. Make sure Vanguard isn't running, then hit up the uninstall. Worked for me!
Valorant's not something you simply uninstall because you're done. It's more like it chooses when you're done. But seriously, check for Vanguard running in the background; that's usually the culprit.
