Why can't I update my War Thunder launcher?

I had this problem too! Running the launcher as an admin solved it for me. Right-click the launcher and select 'Run as administrator'.

Got the same issue once. Sometimes, it's the firewall blocking the update. Make sure to check and allow War Thunder through your firewall settings!

Tbh, avoid reinstalling; try verifying the game files through the launcher first. It might save you a lot of time and frustration.
