Make sure you're at the appropriate level to unlock the skill in the Skill Box. Some skills have level requirements!

Might be a bug - try rejoining the game or restarting Roblox. That usually fixes weird issues like this.

Sometimes the Skill Box needs Soul Points. Check if you've got enough to unlock the skills you want.
