Naruto doesn't use Six Paths Sage Mode in Boruto because he's usually fighting less powerful foes and doesn't need to go all out. Plus, he's a dad now鈥攇otta save some energy for chasing after Boruto!
He can use it but chooses not to鈥擭aruto's matured and prefers to rely on strategy and teamwork rather than overwhelming power.
I think it's more of a narrative choice than anything. The focus is on Boruto and the new generation, so the old guard takes a backseat.
Naruto's Six Paths abilities are likely still there, but he just doesn't need to use them as much with all the new ninja tech and allies around.
