Raiden can't compete in the Mortal Kombat tournament because he's an Elder God and they're not allowed to interfere directly in mortal affairs. Bummer for him, but it keeps the playing field fair!

Raiden's status as a protector and overseer means he has to keep his powers in check during the tournament. No fun allowed for the thunder god!

He sits out to avoid disqualification. The tournament rules prevent deities from joining in; someone had to throw in some regulation to keep things balanced!

Because he's a god and it wouldn't be fair to let him compete against mere mortals. Seriously, that's like bringing a tank to a fistfight.

If you're a Mortal Kombat player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Mortal Kombat essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
