I had the same issue once. Turned out my antivirus was blocking the update. Try disabling it temporarily and see if that works.
Maybe your internet connection is playing hide and seek! Check your Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection, and try restarting your router.
Your device might be running low on storage. Free up some space, and give that update another whirl.
