Hull integrity below 0? That's your culprit! Add reinforcements, repair any breaches, and seal cracks with a welder.
Your base might be flooding because of low hull integrity. Check for any damage or weak spots and reinforce your base with bulkheads or reinforcements.
It happens when your base's structural integrity drops. Just put some reinforcements on walls or floors. Easy fix!
