This happens sometimes if there's a syncing issue between the Epic Games server and your platform. Try restarting the game or your device.
It could be a temporary glitch. I've had my skins disappear and reappear after a while. If they don't come back, contact Epic Games support.
Check if your account got hacked or compromised. Look for any suspicious activity and secure your account with 2FA if you haven't already.
Make sure your game is fully updated. Outdated versions can cause all sorts of weird issues, including missing skins.
