It might just be a simple login issue. Double-check that you’re using the right Google or Pokemon Trainer Club account. You might’ve accidentally signed in with a different one.

Hey, it could also be a bug or a syncing issue. Try logging out and logging back in, or even reinstalling the app. Worked for me once!
