So, Apex Legends Mobile got shelved because it didn't meet the financial expectations of its publishers, EA. Basically, it was about the money. The game was awesome, but if it ain't making enough coins, it's tough to keep it running. Plus, they probably wanted to focus on the main Apex Legends game, which is still going strong on PC and consoles!

Honestly, Apex Legends Mobile was kinda doomed from the start. Mobile games are hit or miss, and with the intense competition out there, it's tough to keep up. Sad to see it go, but not surprised.

They removed Apex Legends Mobile 'cause it wasn't making the cut financially. EA decided it was better to pull the plug than keep investing in something that wasn't paying off. It's a bummer but hey, at least we still have the original Apex Legends to squad up in.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
