This happened to me once! I contacted Roblox support and they sorted it out pretty quickly. Might be worth a try.
You should get your robux monthly. If you didn't get it, make sure your subscription is active and try logging out and back in.
Double-check that you're logged into the right account. Sometimes people have multiple accounts and that can mess things up.
Roblox Premium gives robux each month, so if it's a timing issue, just wait for your billing cycle to complete.
